Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy services from GrowWhile, operated by Lado Ukleba, operating as GrowWhile ("we", "us"). By booking or paying, you agree to them.

The free call

The 15-minute time check is free and creates no obligation for either side.

The paid assessment

The assessment includes:

• a 45-minute call about how you spend your working week,
• a written report with recommended tools and steps, and
• a 30-minute review call to walk through the report.

We tell you the price before you pay. Payment is due before the 45-minute call.

Our guarantee

If your report does not identify at least 5 hours a week you could save, we refund the full fee. To claim it:

• attend the review call, and
• email us within 14 days after the review call.

"Identify" means the report names specific tasks, tools, and estimated weekly time savings that add up to 5 hours or more. How many hours you actually save depends on whether you use the recommendations, which we do not control.

What we don't promise

Our recommendations are advice, not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. Third-party tools we recommend have their own prices and terms, and you decide whether to use them. Before you use any tool with client data, check it against your brokerage's and industry's rules.

Recording and your information

With your permission, we record calls to prepare your report. Screen-sharing is optional, and we never need access to your accounts. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

We keep what you tell us about your business confidential. We will sign a mutual NDA if you ask.

Ownership

Your report is yours to keep and use. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates, and know-how, but never your confidential information.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule any call for free with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel before the 45-minute call, we refund the full fee. If you miss a call without notice, we offer you one new time. If you miss that one too, we keep the fee.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to the amount you paid us for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase.
