Privacy Policy

GrowWhile is operated by Lado Ukleba, operating as GrowWhile ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, phone number, business type, biggest time drain, and the time you choose. Booking runs on Cal.com.
• When you ask us to call you: your first name, phone number, work email, and biggest time drain. The form runs on Formspree.
• Text reminders: if you opt in when booking, we text your phone a reminder before the call. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We never use your number for marketing texts.
• During calls: with your permission, we record the call and make a transcript. You can ask us not to record.
• When you pay: payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write.

We do not ask for access to your CRM, inbox, or other accounts. Screen-sharing is always optional.

How we use it

• To schedule and run your calls.
• To prepare your written report. We use AI tools to help analyze call transcripts.
• To contact you about the service you asked about.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Cal.com (scheduling)
• Formspree (call-back form)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Meet (video calls) and Fathom (call recording and transcripts)
• Google Analytics (website visit statistics)
• Anthropic (Claude), an AI tool that helps us prepare your report. We use it under terms that do not allow your information to be used to train its models.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you view. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser settings; see how Google uses this data. The Cal.com booking widget may set its own cookies; see Cal.com's privacy policy. Because we do not track you across sites, we do not change anything in response to "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it

We delete call recordings and transcripts 90 days after your review call. We keep booking and payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Where it is processed

We serve clients in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and in Japan, where we are based.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal information. Email hello@growwhile.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
