Who's behind this
One person. New to HVAC, not to back-office chaos.
I'm Lado. For the last five years I've been a product manager building back-office software for energy utilities and EV companies — billing, onboarding, spare-parts logistics, carbon-market paperwork. I built the automation. I didn't just buy a tool and resell it.
